Review every requirement before submitting. Meeting the checklist does not guarantee acceptance; each article is reviewed for quality, relevance, and originality.
- ✓ At least 2,000 words with useful, in-depth coverage of the chosen topic.
- ✓ Semantically SEO-optimized structure built around search intent and natural topic coverage.
- ✓ One clear, SEO-optimized H1 followed by a logical hierarchy of H2 and H3 headings.
- ✓ Original, human-written work with a distinct voice and practical value for readers.
- ✓ Relevant internal or supporting site links placed naturally in the article.
- ✓ A short list of closely related tags that accurately describe the article.
- ✓ A canonical URL recommendation. New, original submissions should use the final NameWells article URL as their self-referencing canonical.
What we do not accept
- ✕ AI-generated or AI-rewritten articles
- ✕ Keyword stuffing or unnatural repetition
- ✕ Spam, promotional filler, or misleading claims
- ✕ Copied, spun, syndicated, or previously published content
- ✕ Irrelevant links or links inserted only to manipulate rankings

Prepare the article
Include the complete draft, proposed H1, relevant links, related tags, canonical recommendation, and a short author bio.

Use a formal subject
Email with the subject “Guest Post Submission: [Your Article Title]”.

Send it for review
Send your submission to support@namewells.com. The publishing charge is $49 per accepted post.
